This week we had a GAA professional junior Gaelic Football coach teach our class some Gaelic Football skills. We did some drills first and then we played a game of Gaelic Football. I was Mid defense.

This week we went to the museum and we learnt about volcanoes.

This week we went to Aotea center to see the Auckland Philarmonia Orchestra and it was amazing. They started off with the Pirates Of The Caribbean theme song and then performed a song written by Tchaikovsky. This is not the same video but this is all I could find and it is still awesome.

This week, we did art on dandelions and this is mine. We also had the extravaganza and it was amaze balls. Here is a link to youtube to show the amazing performance we robots put on.
This week, we created masterpieces on tinkercad. And this is what we will be wearing on the extravaganza night. I can not wait!

Today is mufti day and we had to bring a gold coin donation and we are working harder, better, faster, and stronger on our dance.

This week, we are working even more on our dance and I also recorded my speech on audioboom about bullying. Oh boy, that was nerve-racking saying my speech in front of Mrs Shears and Mrs Jamieson. ;].

This week, we are working on our dance for the extravaganza and we also did cross country. Oh boy that was tiring, but it was worth it, because I came 5fth. I also got a grumpy cat. LOL.

Prejudice This week we are back at school, obviously. For vivid vocab, we have been looking up the definition of the word prejudice. The definition I found was unreasonable and unfair. For news book, we learnt about the solar system and glaciers. And did you know that we are 30,000 light years away from the center of our milky way. Crazy right! Here is what prejudice looks like and a video on a glacier. Unfortunately I could not find the right video about the solar system. I also got a certificate at assembly.

This week is Matariki and culture club performed throughout the day and I won the Pepeha comp and I was so proud of myself. We also did some Matariki art and stapled them in the hall. Here is some photos based on Matariki.

In week 7 our class including me obviously we went to the botanic gardens and Meredith the person who we spent the day with was so awesome and we had a fun day.

In week two we made individual Anzac poppy artwork in the remembrance of the soldiers who fought in world war one and world war two. We also made a whole class Anzac artwork to put in our class, Lest We Forget.
